Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gg-dev.co and any services provided by GG Dev (“GG Dev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including web development services and any SMS notification systems we build on behalf of client businesses. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

GG Dev provides WordPress development and related web services, including custom website design, development, maintenance, and integrations such as SMS notification systems for client businesses. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for client work are governed by individual project agreements or proposals, which take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

Website use

You may use gg-dev.co for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Contact form and inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not create a contractual relationship. Project engagements begin only upon mutual agreement, typically formalized through a separate proposal, contract, or invoice.

SMS notification systems

GG Dev builds SMS notification systems for client businesses to alert a business owner or designated contact when a new inquiry or form submission is received on their website. This is a one-way, internal notification service and not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

Message frequency is generally as-needed, typically once per inquiry or submission. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate client contract, GG Dev retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or systems (such as reusable SMS notification infrastructure) used across multiple client projects. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client, as defined in that client’s project agreement, are governed by the terms of that agreement.

Content on gg-dev.co, including text, images, and design, is the property of GG Dev and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Client work and payment

Specific terms regarding project scope, timelines, revisions, payment schedules, and cancellations for client engagements are set out in individual project agreements and are not fully covered by these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the individual project agreement governs.

Limitation of liability

GG Dev provides services and website content on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including any SMS notification system, except as otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.

Third-party services

Our website and services may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, email, or SMS delivery services like Twilio). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues originating from these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which GG Dev operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
